Welcome to The Alisha Cowman Academy of Irish Dance, registered with largest and oldest Irish Dance organisation, An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha - CLRG.
Located in Sale, Cheshire, we offer a fun, friendly, and professional environment for girls and boys aged 5+ to discover the joy of Irish dancing while forming life long friendships.
Our Academy is led by Alisha Cowman TCRG, with over 25 years of experience, a highly qualified CLRG teacher, World Championship-level dancer, and 5-time North West Regional Champion, with numerous global championship titles to her name.
Our core values focus on building strong technique, fitness, performance skills, while also developing confidence, resilience, and lifelong friendships. We are dedicated to ensuring that each child reaches their full potential and achieves their personal goals.
As a Global Award Winner in Excellence in Teaching, Alisha and her team are committed to providing an exceptional learning experience that goes beyond just dancing.
